After multi-tenant conversion: Qubig moves in as first tenant

Following completion of the first construction phase and a construction period of just four weeks, the tenant Qubig was able to move into the first part of its premises in mid-March 2025. This includes laboratory rooms and manufacturing areas spread over two floors.

The next construction phase, completed at the beginning of July this year, comprised the associated office space, which also extends over two floors.

Light colours such as white and light grey, combined with the use of metal surfaces, emphasise the light industrial character of the rental unit. The open-plan design of the office space creates a high degree of flexibility in terms of use. On the ground floor, the possibility of expanding the manufacturing space in the future has also been created.
