Completion of Gräfe & Unzer rental space in Leitwerk

At the end of September, Gräfe & Unzer Verlag was able to move into its office space in Leitwerk following completion of the refurbishment work.

The use of natural materials in the renovation, such as sisal carpet and real wood ceiling panels, creates a warm and comfortable working atmosphere. The addition of glass elements to the existing system walls ensures plenty of natural light, even in the access areas.

The 1,800 m² gross floor area was completed quickly, with a planning and execution time of only five months until the move-in date.
