Rainmühle receives Heritage Conservation Award

The first phase of the renovation of the Rainmühle mill in Gmund am Tegernsee was awarded the Monument Protection Prize for outstanding building culture in the district of Miesbach.

Four residential units were created in the former agricultural property, which was most recently used as workers’ accommodation. The main focus of the planning was on the careful handling of the listed building fabric.
