Structural work on the building on Gottfried-Keller-Straße has been completed

Much-needed housing is being created in the former residential home of the Institute for the Hearing Impaired in Straubing. The extension and energy-efficiency refurbishment of the building complex will result in a total of 179 residential units. Following completion of the structural work, the first 60 residential units are now set to be occupied as early as the beginning of 2027.
