The conference area is part of the headquarters of the Bavarian Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in the Munich district of Sendling. The project includes a large meeting room for up to 32 people, a small meeting room for up to 18 people, a meeting room on the ground floor and a spacious entrance with lounge and smoking area.

The colour scheme in the meeting rooms is white and brown. As in the building’s new canteen, bright, lively colours were chosen for the lounge. Colourful works of art and illuminated panels highlight the overall colour scheme. In the covered meeting rooms, a brown carpet is selected to match the wooden surfaces of the tables. Carpentry fixtures serve as a buffet and storage. Basic lighting and ventilation slots are discreetly integrated into the suspended ceilings. The special feature of the two smaller rooms is the round, suspended luminaires.
