Leitwerk German Red Cross

After creating a multi-tenant structure, i.e. enabling smaller-scale leasing, in the Leitwerk property in Munich-Haidhausen, the marketing of the space was supported with sketches of the room layout and early cost considerations. This was followed by further tenant fit-outs on behalf of the landlord.

The space occupied by the tenant DRK Suchdienst covers approximately 1,800 m² of gross floor area. The 2nd floor houses offices and the registry. In addition, there is the archive on the 3rd floor.

While the structure of the office space remained largely unchanged, the removal of all non-load-bearing walls in the archive and registry area allowed for optimal use of space. The planning task included property planning and general planning services (technical building equipment).
