Leitwerk Gräfe & Unzer, 2025

After creating a multi-tenant structure, i.e. enabling smaller-scale leasing, in the Leitwerk property in Munich-Haidhausen, the marketing of the space was supported with sketches of the room layout and early cost considerations. This was followed by further tenant fit-outs on behalf of the landlord.
Gräfe und Unzer’s offices cover 1,800 m² of gross floor space on the 5th floor.
The room layout was adapted to the tenant’s requirements. In addition to single and double offices, three meeting rooms and a spacious lounge with a kitchenette were created.
Natural and light-colored materials such as sisal carpeting and wooden ceilings in the corridors and meeting rooms create a warm and cozy atmosphere.
The planning task included property planning and general planning services (technical building equipment).
