Marketing Showroom Leitwerk
Model Office
The marketing showroom is located on the 4th floor of the Leitwerk building. The model area covers 250 m².
When you enter the area, the first thing you see is an underutilized section with a rigid, dark cubicle office structure. After a few steps, you reach the converted area through a fire door. The aim here was to create a room layout that reflects a wide variety of office environments. This includes both a classic individual office and an open-plan area. There is also a medium-sized meeting room and an open-plan project room, a common feature of modern working environments. The kitchenette with a small lounge has also been redesigned.

The color concept uses the owner’s colors of blue for Real I.S. and green for the landscaped courtyards as accent colors. In the communal areas such as the meeting room, project room, and lounge, the floor coverings are highlighted in color. The remaining office and hallway areas are kept in anthracite. In general, it was also important to strike a balance between a modern office environment and a chic look when selecting materials and colors. The space is rounded off with modern furniture, which was planned in collaboration with furniture manufacturer Actiu. The planning task included property planning and general planning services (technical building equipment).
