Refurbishment of a listed apartment building
The former agricultural estate from the 18th century had already been repurposed in the mid-19th century as housing for workers of the nearby industrial operation.
After several enlargements of the living areas, extensive renovations were carried out in the 1920s, giving the building its current appearance.
With the first renovation phase, the original residential block will be restored in a monument-appropriate manner as the oldest, largely preserved part of the building.
In Construction Phase 1, four residential units were created.
After the completion of Condtruction Phase 1, the project received the 2025 Heritage Protection Award of the District of Miesbach.
