The residential complex in Munich Oberföhring was built from 2017 to 2021 and is managed by ABH, who is responsible for project management. It is comprised of a two-storey underground car park, a ground floor zone with gastronomy and retail including a supermarket, as well as five residential floors. Based on stringent requirements by the city of Munich, the building was constructed using materials made from renewable raw resources at more than 15% of the cost of KG300. The project is designed by the Darmstadt-based architecture firm of Florian Krieger.
