Dormitory Extension

The WIN3 project involves the complete renovation of the existing building, as well as the addition of one storey, the construction of two new extensions and the expansion of the existing underground car park beneath the new southern building and the open spaces. A total of 191 apartments will be created, including a high proportion of barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible apartments. Two of the three buildings will be used as refugee accommodation.
The third building, located on Winfriedstraße, will house people with physical and mental disabilities.
In addition to private rooms/apartments, the rental space also includes spacious communal areas, some with access to a balcony or roof terrace.
The inner courtyard, which is landscaped with lots of greenery and various play equipment, can be used by all tenants and forms the heart of the complex.
