Construction of 6 terraced houses
The JK12 project involves the construction of six new terraced houses with a shared underground car park in Munich’s Bogenhausen district. Each of the detached houses has a living area of approximately 170 m² spread over two full storeys and a studio-like attic.
The floor plan consists of a living and dining area on the ground floor and four bedrooms with bathrooms on the upper floors. The basement houses a hobby room and utility room, as well as direct access to the underground car park. Each of the houses has a private garden with a south-facing terrace. The façade design, consisting of exposed concrete frames and wooden elements, gives the building its distinctive appearance. The shape of the roof, a hipped mansard roof covered with titanium zinc sheet, also places the building in the sophisticated architectural tradition of Bogenhausen villas. At the same time, optimal use of the property was achieved in collaboration with the project developer AWEX.
The high-quality fittings and choice of materials, combined with the large window areas, create a modern living environment that connects the interior and exterior spaces.
