Dormitory Extension

The WIN3 project includes a core renovation of the existing building, as well as an extension of one storey, the construction of two new extensions and the extension of the existing underground car park below the new building in the south as well as the open spaces. A total of 191 apartments will be built, a high proportion of which will be barrier-free or wheelchair-accessible.
