The T12 Vehicle Technical Centre on the AUDI AG factory premises is a test facility with offices on the upper floors. ABH was commissioned with the general planning of the project. In addition to the acoustic and mechanical requirements of the test facility, there were some structural features such as the use of highly stressed steel composite columns, ceiling spans of up to 11m, the use of prefabricated reinforcement meshes to optimize construction time as well as the use of hollow plastic bodies to reduce dead loads.
